This is our review of The Best Black Non-Slip Shoes for McDonald’s in 2022.
I have had my great share of standing jobs and retail jobs, so trust me when I say that shoes are truly something you shouldn’t overlook when it comes to quality and comfort.
A good pair of shoes, with the right support, can make your job easier and ensure that your feet and spine are properly aligned. Plus, not getting blisters is a huge plus!
How do we test shoes?
We decide which shoes are the best to be part of our reviews via trial. We purchase the best-performing shoes out there and put them next to each other, identifying their strengths and weaknesses.
We also spend at least 12 hours going through all the reviews, filtering the fake ones and giving you a clear view. If you’d like to understand our rating system better then please read our

Our list of The Best Black Non-Slip Shoes for McDonald’s
🏆Best Overall Black Non-Slip Shoes🏆
The ECCO Women’s Soft 2.0 Trainers are the nuclear bomb of black non-slip shoes out there.
No more blisters whilst running around trying to be at every station at the same time.
Plus, the fact that they are truly non-slip, can give you confidence that you aren’t going to tumble like a waterfall on your way to picking up those fries.
Furthermore, taking care of them is elementary. They are made out of soft nubuck leather, so all you need to do is wipe them with a wet cloth.
And they are efficiently breathable, meaning no stunk feet when you go back home after a 12-hour shift.
What’s more, is that they are highly comfortable and supportive, ensuring that your feet and your general posture don’t suffer.
💰Best Budget Black Non-Slip Shoes for Women💰
The most budget-friendly Women’s Black Non-Slip shoes are the Shoes for Crews Liberty.
Although their material isn’t what you would get with Prada, their pricing makes them really desirable for what they offer.
The insoles give your foot a lot of comfort and are very light. Moreover, they don’t slip at all. And I am not just saying that: They are actually SRC certified as slip-resistant to oil and grease.
💰Best Budget Black Non-Slip Shoes for Men💰
The Best Budget Black Non-Slip Shoes for Men have it a little better than their women’s coequal.
Shoes for Crews Freestyle II seem to be very durable and withstanding double-digit months of everyday retail and service work shifts.
Their slip-resistant outsole ensures that you will never go flying, in addition to their spill guard, which protects your forefoot from any potential spillage.
They are made out of synthetic leather, which makes them very easy to clean. Just make sure you always dry them afterwards.
Lightweight and remarkably comfortable, I didn’t need to break them in. And, they look pretty cool, no?
The Skechers Work Relaxed Fit: Sure Track – Erath SR is truly a great runner-up. They are extremely comfortable and we haven’t noticed any need to break in into them.
Lightweight to the point you will forget you are wearing shoes and wonder if this is one of your “Why am I naked in front of everyone” dreams. Don’t worry. You are not! I hope.
Enjoy your fabulous 12-hour shift blister-free and due to their outsole tip curve, you won’t stumble either.
Another pair from Shoes for Crews, the Shoes for Crews Condor.
The selling point here I would say is how they just look like normal trainers, without any unnecessary bulkiness.
In addition, they are made for those with wide feet, like me! So if your feet look like a duck’s then don’t worry about it!
Slip-resistant with a great grip and SRC certified they are also water repellent which is truly appreciated in a restaurant environment. And speaking about certifications, they are also created in compliance with the EU Directives 89/686/ EEC.
The Shoes for Crews Delray, Work Shoes for Women and Men make sure that you stay safe whilst in the kitchen.
They have a spill guard to protect your forefoot and a trip guard at the front of the shoe to ensure that you don’t taste the floor any time soon.
Whilst they are slip-resistant, that doesn’t take away from how comfortable they are, in addition to the quality of the build materials.
They can be a bit rigid for some but as I am not using these to dance I think we’re all going to be okay.
The Skechers Work Relaxed Fit: Flex Advantage – Bendon SR can be that shoe that you simply aren’t that amazed by when browsing around.
However, I must admit that although simple, they can deliver.
The padded collar adds a bit more support and comfort whilst they are still lightweight.
Slip-resistant but not waterproof, they might be better for someone that is spending their time mostly on the tilts.
We’ve seen an amazing selection here for those who are in need of a pair of Black Non-Slip Shoes.
My favourite ones and ranked as Best Overall, are the ECCO Women’s Soft 2.0 Trainers for women, and the Shoes for Crews Delray, Work Shoes for Women and Men for men and women.
